Your Mission

Within our teams, you support General Management in their phases of diagnosis and improvement of IT and digital function performance. You intervene in the strategic reflection on new economic models of digital platforms and the conduct of business plans. Transformation of MOA / MOE organizations in place.

Your mission will include:

• The IT Function Cost Benchmark,
• The implementation of new sourcing and partner selection strategies,
• The creation of a dashboard to manage performance improvement plans,
• The implementation of cost analysis and re-invoicing model for IT and digital services,
• Management of cost reduction and operational efficiency plan (Lean IT),
• Project portfolio management. 

Your Profile

• M / F, higher education (business and engineering school), you benefit from firsthand experience in a management or strategy consulting firm:
• You have experience and/or certification on one of the market benchmarks: ITIL, COBit, CMMi, TOGAF, eSCM, PMI, …
• You have practiced performance and cost optimization missions for the IT function,
• You know how to structure the budget of an IT department, You have set up an Activity Based Costing process and/or a catalog of services within the IT department functions.
• You are comfortable with human relations, results-oriented, dynamic, curious, and show an excellent team spirit.
• You are also recognized for your great qualities of rigor and pragmatism. 
• Versatile, you have a good knowledge of information systems transformation projects.
• You have a good level of English.
